Terms and conditions of the giveaway "Boutique du patrimoine x Mission monuments"
Article 1: Game organization
The Centre des monuments nationaux, a public administrative institution under the authority of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication, registered under the number SIREN 180 046 013 and whose registered office is at Hôtel de Sully, 62 rue Saint-Antoine, 75186 Paris cedex 04 (the Organizer), is organizing a free, no-obligation competition entitled "Boutique du patrimoine x Mission monuments" (hereinafter the "Competition").
The Contest runs from July xx, 2025 at 9 a.m. to July xx, 2025 at 9 a.m. (French connection date and time).
The organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period and to postpone any announced date.
Article 2 : Conditions of participation
The Contest is open to all individuals residing in France who have reached the age of 18 by the opening date of the Contest. Only one entry per household is permitted.
All persons having collaborated in the organization of the Contest, as well as members of their direct families, employees of the Organizer or subcontractors of the Organizer, are not authorized to participate in the Contest.
To take part in the Contest, the Participant must go to Facebook or Instagram, where the contest will be launched.
Participation in the Contest implies unreserved acceptance of the present rules in their entirety, hereinafter referred to as "the Rules".
The Organizer excludes all liability for this registration and the relationship between the operators of the social networks Facebook and Instagram, and the Participant. This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by Meta.
Article 3: Game-Competition progress and designation of winners
3.1 The competition will be open from 9 a.m. on xx July 2025 to 9 a.m. on xx July 2025.
To enter, internet users must comment on the competition post on Instagram or Facebook with the answer to the rebus puzzle featured on the following product pages of the Boutique du Patrimoine website:

Mission monuments : La Malédiction de l'homme en rouge · Boutique du Patrimoine
The correct answer is: Compagnons patrimoine.
3.2 A random draw will be held among participants who have answered correctly and complied with the terms and conditions of participation.
Two winners will be selected in total: one on Instagram and one on Facebook.
Article 4: Prizes
4.1 Prize delivery terms and conditions
Winners will be contacted by the Organiser at the end of the competition via a private message on the social network used to participate. By taking part in the competition, participants agree to be contacted if they are selected as winners.
4.2 Each winner will receive:
1 copy of the book Mission monuments - Le Mystère du Cheval jaune (value: €12,99)
1 copy of the book Mission monuments - La Malédiction de l'homme en rouge (value: €12,99)
Article 5: Delivery and collection of prizes
5.1 The winner must reply by private message no later than 7 days after the message is sent by the Organizer, or according to the specific instructions sent by private message. They must provide the following information in order to receive the prizes:
First name
Last name
e-mail address
Postal address
In the event of failure to reply within the allotted time, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate their entry and to designate another winner in a new draw among the remaining participants.
The prize will be sent within 4 to 6 weeks of the Organizer's receipt of the winner's e-mail reply, to the postal address provided by the winner when confirming his/her prize in the Contest, or to any other address agreed between the parties.
Delivery of the prize, although carried out in the winner's best interest, is at the recipient's risk. Any complaints must be made by the recipient directly to the establishments responsible for delivery, within a reasonable period of time.
5.2 The prizes awarded are personal and non-transferable. In addition, the prizes may under no circumstances be contested by the winners, nor may they be exchanged or given in exchange for any other consideration whatsoever.
Article 6: Personal data
6.1 Personal data provided by participants will be processed for the following purposes:
Running the Contest.
The Organizer is responsible for processing participants' personal data.
The data is kept by the Organizer for a period of 1 month from the date of collection.
6.2 In accordance with French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the "Informatique et Libertés" law, and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of April 27, 2016, participants have the right to oppose, access, rectify and withdraw personal data concerning them, which participants may exercise by contacting the Organizer at the following address: webmaster@monuments-nationaux.fr.
Article 7 : Liability
7.1 The Organizer will not incur any liability in the event of error, omission or otherwise, of its employees, representatives or others, within the limits authorized by law, for any breakdown, failure, loss or disappointment of which a participant could be victim, whatever the origin, and resulting from participation in the Contest and/or winning.
7.2 Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or piracy, and the risk of contamination by any viruses. The Organizer may not be held liable in the event of misuse or incident related to the use of computer systems or telecommunications (particularly Internet access), maintenance or malfunction of servers or any other technical incident (particularly problems accessing Instagram) preventing the conduct or participation in the Contest or any other case of force majeure or act of a third party.
Article 8: Access to the Rules

Article 9: Applicable law and interpretation
The Rules are governed exclusively by French law.
All cases not provided for in the Regulations shall be settled by the Organizer, whose decisions are final.
Any question as to the application or interpretation of the Rules, or any unforeseen question that may arise, will be decided by the Organizer in its sole discretion, depending on the nature of the question, in accordance with French law.
No telephone request or complaint concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules will be answered. Any dispute or claim relating to the Contest and/or the selection of the winner must be made in writing to the Organizer's e-mail address: webmaster@monuments-nationaux.fr.
No dispute will be taken into account eight days after the closing date of the Contest.
