Article 1: Contest Organization
The Centre des monuments nationaux, a public administrative institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, registered under SIREN number 180 046 013 and with its principal place of business at Hôtel de Sully, 62 rue Saint-Antoine, 75186 Paris cedex 04 (the "Organizer"), is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary, titled "Boutique du patrimoine x Némès Paris" (hereinafter the "Contest").
The Contest runs from September 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to September 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (as determined by the French date and time of connection).
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the entry period and to postpone any announced dates.
Article 2: Participation Conditions
The Contest is open to any individual residing in France who is at least 18 years of age as of the Contest's start date. Only one entry per household is permitted.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Contest: anyone who has assisted in organizing the Contest, as well as their immediate family members, employees of the Organizer, or subcontractors of the Organizer.
To participate in the Contest, the Participant must visit Instagram, where the Contest will be launched.
Participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules in their entirety, hereinafter referred to as "the Rules."

Article 3: Contest Rules and Selection of Winners
3.1 The contest will run from September 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to September 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
Participants have until September 22, 2026, to enter:
- On Instagram, tag two people with whom you'd like to explore national monuments in the comments below the post, like the post, and follow the accounts https://www.instagram.com/lecmn/, https://www.instagram.com/boutiquedupatrimoine, and https://www.instagram.com/nemes.paris/
You are not required to share the contest in your Stories.
3.2 Winners will be selected by random drawing from among participants who have followed these instructions.
There will be a total of 1 winner.
Article 4: Prizes
4.1 The winner will be contacted by the Organizer at the end of the contest via private message.
By participating, the participant agrees to be contacted in the event that they win.
4.2 The prize will be as follows:
Prize 1: Passion Monuments DUO Card (€79) + CMN x Némès Isabelle Ring (€65)
Article 5: Delivery or Pickup of Prizes
5.1 The winner must reply via private message no later than 7 days after the Organizer sends the message, or according to any specific instructions provided. They must provide the following information for the shipment of the prizes:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Mailing Address
If no response is received within the specified time frame, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate the winner's entry and select another winner through a new random drawing from among the remaining participants.
The prize will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks of the Organizer's receipt of the winner's email response, to the mailing address provided by the winner upon confirmation of their win in the Contest or to any other address agreed upon by the parties.
Although the prize will be shipped in the winner's best interest, it is sent at the recipient's own risk. Any claims must be filed by the recipient directly with the shipping carriers within a reasonable timeframe.
5.2 Prizes awarded are personal and non-transferable. Furthermore, under no circumstances may winners contest the prizes, nor may they be exchanged or substituted for any other consideration of any kind.
Article 6: Personal Data
6.1 The personal data provided by participants is processed electronically for the following purposes:
Conducting the Contest.
The Organizer is the data controller responsible for processing participants' personal data.
The data is retained by the Organizer for a period of 1 month from the date of collection.
6.2 In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on information technology, files, and civil liberties-commonly known as the "Data Protection Act"-and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, participants have the right to object to, access, correct, and delete their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting the Organizer at the following address: webmaster@monuments-nationaux.fr.
Article 7: Liability
7.1 The Organizer shall not be liable for any error, omission, or other act on the part of its employees, representatives, or others, to the extent permitted by law, for any breakdown, failure, loss, or disappointment that a participant may suffer, regardless of the cause, and resulting from participation in the Contest and/or from winning a prize.
7.2 Participation implies knowledge of and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection for certain data against potential misuse or hacking, and the risk of infection by potential viruses. The Organizer shall in no event be held liable for any misuse or incident related to the use of computer or telecommunications systems (including Internet access), the maintenance or malfunction of servers, or any other technical incident (including problems accessing Instagram) that prevents the conduct of or participation in the Contest, or any other case of force majeure or act by a third party.
Article 8: Access to the Rules
The Rules will be provided free of charge to anyone who requests them at the following address: webmaster@monuments-nationaux.fr
Article 9: Governing Law and Interpretation
These Rules are governed exclusively by French law.
Any matters not covered by these Rules will be decided by the Organizer, whose decisions are final.
Any questions regarding the application or interpretation of these Rules, or any unforeseen issues that may arise, will be decided at the Organizer's sole discretion, depending on the nature of the issue, in accordance with French law.
No requests or complaints regarding the application or interpretation of these Rules will be addressed over the phone. Any dispute or complaint regarding the Contest and/or the selection of the winner must be submitted in writing to the Organizer's email address: webmaster@monuments-nationaux.fr.
No disputes will be considered eight days after the Contest's closing date.
