Description

This artisanal mustard is the fruit of a collaboration with a master mustard maker in Castelnaudary who revived this activity, after 250 years of sleep. A mustard seed harvested at the gates of Narbonne, salt from the salt marshes of Gruissan, our Hypocras "Philtre d'Amour" red and a granite stone mill, are the ingredients to transcribe this unique mustard!

You will discover new taste sensations: A mustard naturally and pleasantly strong, slightly spicy by hypocras and nothing else, then a slight crunch of some partially exploded seeds and in the end the vegetal aroma of the mustard seed.
