Monnaie de Paris - Archangel of Mont-Saint-Michel - 2026

Issued in 2026 by the Monnaie de Paris, this design honors the protective symbol of the "Wonder of the Western World": the Archangel Saint Michael. Depicting the famous gilded copper statue sculpted by Emmanuel Frémiet in 1897, this medal finely captures the archangel slaying the dragon.
