The Cardona estate is a French company managed by two brothers: one is a winemaker, and the other a beekeeper. They have made these recipes for you, imagined and prepared by the cooks of the Middle Ages.

Tasting advice:

This sweet wine will accompany aperitifs, cocktails based on sparkling wines, game in sauce (stews, grand veneur), strong cheeses at the end of a meal, desserts of all types, and as an evening wine.

Serving temperature 8 to 11°C.
